Impetigo

This is a con­ta­gious skin infec­tion that scabs and oozes. In most instances, the infec­tion starts on the face or from an open wound of the skin. This occurs most fre­quent­ly dur­ing the sum­mer and ear­ly fall. If you think that your child has impeti­go, call the office for an appointment.
